BOP Release Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Federal Bureau of Prisons or any U.S. government agency. All inmate data is sourced from the public BOP inmate locator at bop.gov. We cannot change, correct, or influence BOP records.
We make every effort to surface accurate, up-to-date information from the BOP database. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed, as it is sourced from a third-party government database that may contain errors or delays. You should always verify critical information directly with the BOP or the relevant facility.
You agree to use this service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual, or to access data through automated means outside of the service's normal operation.
The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and access continues until the end of your current billing period. BOP Release Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including missed alerts, inaccurate data, or decisions made based on information displayed. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
